Return and Refund Policy

You have a right to Return and get a Refund for the following product(s) and Service(s) only if the following items occur:

• You have 3 days for a full refund for services provided by Vein Entertainment LLC which include signing up for classroom and/or sports instruction.
• You have 14 days for a full refund for products which include fragrances.  
• Full refunds for the services can only be made if there is proof of negligence conducted by members of Vein Entertainment LLC to a student athlete, parent, or guardian that's part of The Vein Network (Vein Entertainment LLC).
• Full refunds for products can only be rendered, if you've received the wrong product(s).  Please send the order information along with a picture of the product(s) for proof of the incorrect item to info@veinentertainment.com.
• Contact the delivery company for damaged products, as our products are tested for full functionality, before we send them out for delivery.  
• Returns and exchange for our product(s) are acceptable if you've received the wrong product(s).  Please send order information along with a picture of the product(s) for proof of the incorrect items within 14 days of the confirmed time you've received the product(s) (delivery confirmation) to info@veinentertainment.com.  
• Refunds, returns and exchanges will be delivered within 14 days, after a Vein Entertainment representative has confirmed and validated your claim.
• Type REFUND, or RETURN and EXCHANGE in the subject area of your email to info@veinentertainment.com when submitting your claim.
